What is OP Software?
OP Software is cloud GST accounting, billing and inventory software for Indian businesses, accountants and Chartered Accountants. It runs in the browser, installs like an app on Windows, Mac and phones, and includes e-invoice, e-way bill, GST return checks and Tally import.
How much does OP Software cost?
The first 1 month is free with no card needed. After that OP Software costs ₹2,500 a year for 2 firms, with every feature included.
Can I move my data from Tally?
Yes. OP Software imports masters and the Day Book from Tally XML or Excel, and also imports Shkun, OnePlus ERP and OP desktop data. Every row is checked before anything is saved.
Does OP Software work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Open app.opsoftware.in in Chrome or Edge and install it as an app on Windows or Mac; on a Mac you can also use Safari's Add to Dock. It also works in any phone browser.
Does OP Software generate e-invoices and e-way bills?
Yes. OP Software generates the e-invoice IRN and the e-way bill from the saved sale bill in one step, and prints the QR code on the invoice.
Where is my data stored and is it safe?
Your data is stored in India on Microsoft Azure's Central India region, in a separate encrypted database for each company, and is backed up every night with copies kept in locked storage.
Can I print invoices in Hindi or Punjabi?
Yes. Invoices print in English, Hindi, Punjabi, English + Hindi or English + Punjabi, and each user can use the screens in Hindi or Punjabi.
Is OP Software good for CAs with many clients?
Yes. One login holds many companies, quick search switches between them, and the CA menu gives GST checks, Form 3CD figures and an audit checklist for every client firm.
