This policy explains how OP Software ("we") handles information on opsoftware.in and in the OP Software app at app.opsoftware.in.

This website

The website sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
If you open a partner's referral link, the referral code is kept in your browser for that visit only, so it can be passed to the sign-up page.
If you call, WhatsApp or e-mail us, we use what you send only to reply to you.

Your books are yours. We store the accounts, bills and other data you enter so the app can work. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Stored in India. Data is kept on Microsoft Azure in India, with a separate encrypted database for each company.
Backups. Databases are backed up every night and kept for a limited time in locked storage, with an encrypted copy kept by a second provider, so they can be restored after a failure.
GST portal. When you connect the GST portal, e-invoice or e-way bill, the data needed for that request is sent to the government systems through a licensed GST Suvidha Provider.
E-mail. When you e-mail a bill, it is sent from info@opsoftware.in on your behalf.
Deleting. Entries and companies you delete are deleted permanently from the live database.
