Frequently asked questions
Can I print GST invoices in Hindi or Punjabi?
Yes. OP Software prints invoices in English, Hindi, Punjabi, English + Hindi or English + Punjabi, including the amount in words. Each user can also use the screens in Hindi or Punjabi.
How many items fit on one invoice page?
Up to 22 items fit on one A4 page with totals, 17 on a half page and 50 in the Compact design. Longer bills continue on the next page.
Can I send the bill to my customer on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every bill has a WhatsApp button that sends a secure link to the PDF, and you can switch off a link later. You can also e-mail the PDF directly.
Does OP Software work for a shop without a GSTIN?
Yes. Turn the "Uses GST?" switch off and OP Software hides every GST screen and prints a plain invoice.
